The location was excellent as it was next to the Hangzhou Metro. Room was very clean and sleeps enough for 4 person. Housekeeping was excellent as they remember what I needed on a daily basis. Overall, a great hotel in hangzhou

It was a great modern hotel with all the facilities I needed and more. From the foyer to the bar, up the elevator to my room, the whole experience was fantastic! The robot who delivered a shaving kit to my room was the cherry on top!

Location is perfect with many nice restaurants a few feet away. Rooms super clean and super comfortable. Amazing breakfast ! Will happily stay again.
